This was a great discussion overall. All the subjects touched were really good here. I thought Rich had some good ways of programming his compromised runs in his cross training workouts without doing heavy mileage but still getting his aerobic work in. I also like the 2-5-2 model with the pull/push-run-rest from you guys. #keephammering
